When I purchase a template from you, does that mean that I now own the copyright?

All of the designs in our store are copyrighted by Kool Kreations Design Studio and it's partners. The copyright to all coding, graphics, and designs remain with there respective copyright owners. You are purchasing a license to use the template/design and all graphics in the manner stated in the listing. You may not resell, redistribute, alter, share, giva away, or pass on any of our designs for any reason or in any manner. If you have a question about whether a use is legal or allowed, please send us an email.
Q: Linkware Policy
Can I remove the credit link to your store at the bottom of my template?

All of our designs are linkware, meaning that the credit links at the bottom of our templates or designs, must remain in place for as long as you use the template/designs.

Can I use the graphics in your auction templates to create other templates, as a store front design, or other digital product?

You are purchasing a license to use the auction template for the specific purpose of listing items on eBay. The graphics, layout, and coding remain copyrighted with Kool Kreation Design Studio and it's partners. No unauthorized duplication, redistribution, reselling, or decompiling of the graphics is allowed. You may not resell or share the auction template with any one else, be it for commercial or personal use. If someone likes a design you purchased from us, please send them to our site, so they can purchase the template and the license to use it. You can not make a Store Front, About Me Page, or Website Design out of our Auction Templates...if you need a design layout for these purposes, please contact us. If you have any questions about any of our policies, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Unfortunately, our auction templates are only to be used for as auction template or listing your items on eBay. If you need a Matching Store Front, Store Custom Page, About Me Page design, you will need to purchase these services separately.
